Delete your Raqeem account

You can delete your Raqeem account and associated data from inside the app, or request deletion through support if you cannot access the app.

Delete from inside the app

Open Raqeem, go to Settings, then choose Delete account. After confirmation, Raqeem deletes the account data linked to you from the app and database where possible.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email linked to your account to: support@raq3m.com.

What is deleted?

Deletion includes Raqeem account data such as transactions, budgets, projects, categories, settings, and sharing links associated with the account.

Data we may temporarily retain

We may retain limited data if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or an active support request. Deleted data is not used for marketing.

Processing time

We review deletion requests within a reasonable period and may request additional confirmation to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
